Here is all the information you need for our big day!

Our ceremony at St. Mark Catholic Church begins promptly at 2pm. We ask that all guests be seated by 1:45pm. St. Mark Catholic Church is located at 14740 Stumptown Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078.

Our reception will begin with a cocktail hour at 4:30pm at The Casey by Beau Monde, at 1837 N Tryon St #102, Charlotte, NC 28206. Dinner will be served shortly after 5:30pm.

Transportation

We are providing shuttle bus service for our guests staying at the Westin and surrounding area. The bus will depart from the corner of S College Street and E Brooklyn Village Ave. Please look for a bus displaying "Champion Coach" on the side. The shuttles will depart promptly at the times below, so please be on time if you are utilizing them. Schedule: 1:15pm - Shuttle Departs for St. Mark Catholic Church3:15pm - Shuttle Departs for Westin Charlotte4:15pm - Shuttle Departs for The Casey by Beau Monde (Reception)8:00pm - Shuttle begins returning guests to The Westin Charlotte9:45pm - Final Shuttle Departs Venue We encourage our guests to change into your sneakers and get a drink at Dogwood Southern Table &amp; Bar while waiting to depart for the reception.

The Big Day Info!

We met on a summer night in Charlotte when Christian was here for a USC vs UNC football opening weekend. Both of us were out with our friend groups and were at Jack Beagles in Noda. We spent the evening talking, laughing and dancing. After that night, Christian asked me to meet him for breakfast the next morning. Needless to say after a night out with friends agreeing to breakfast at 7am was not my brightest idea... But the breakfast was nice and the company was even better.After breakfast Christian asked when we could go out again and I was hesitant because I did not want a long distance relationship. But Christian kept asking when he could see me again after every one of our dates and I kept saying yes. Then dates turned into weekend trips which turned into vacations with family and friends which turned into us building a life together. We have been through losing jobs and then getting new ones, moving states and even longer long distance dating, loved ones passing and just plain growing up!Finally on June 27th 2024, Christian asked me to marry him and it was the easiest yes in the entire world. We are so blessed to have family and friends to support us through the bad times, cheer us on when things have gone our way and loved us through it all. We are so excited for you to join us in May as we start this new adventure!Love,Kelsey and Christian
