The Denver airport is the recommended airport to fly into. The Estes Park resort is a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from the Denver airport. All recommended lodging options below are within 7 minutes of each other.
NOTE: Apparently there is an annual “Scottish-Irish Highlands Festival” in Estes Park the weekend of our wedding and hotels book up for this event. Try to plan ahead :)
The Estes Park Resort
This is where the bride and groom will be staying, and this is where 2/3 of the wedding events will be held (Friday welcome party & Sunday farewell brunch).
There is a wedding block reserved at this hotel. If you make reservations through the phone, make sure you use the code KELSEY to be booked under the room block.
If booking through this link, the code should automatically be applied. You can book without a deposit, and you are able to cancel within 3 days of your reservation.
Mountain Village Cabins
These cabins are sister properties with the Estes Park Resort. There is no wedding block option, and there is a three-night minimum. The max amount of people per cabin is 8. Located right on property with Estes Park Resort!
Some cabins are dog friendly. Some are on the lake and some are not. For big groups who would like to stay in a house together, this could be a good option for you.
Black Canyon Inn
This is our wedding venue! This is a 7-minute drive from the Estes Park Resort & Mountain Village Cabins. For big groups who would like to stay in a house together, this could be a good option for you.
Rocky Mountain Hotel & Conference Center
For guests who are looking for a more affordable option, this hotel is a 2 - 3 minute drive from the Estes Park Resort.
There are plenty of other affordable hotels besides the Rocky Mountain Hotel, and all of them are a short drive (maybe even a walk?) from the Estes Park Resort.
