We are asking guests to dress in formal attire, but FUN formal. We encourage vibrant colors, playful patterns, and maybe some sparkle. Feel free to go beyond traditional black and embrace outfits that bring life and energy to the celebration. Dress to have fun!

Although we would love to accommodate everyone who wants to come and celebrate our big day with us, due to costs and space, we can only accommodate those people noted on the invitation. If you’re unsure or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

We love all of the kids in our lives! However, due to the OLCC requirements of our venue, it is strictly 21 and up. No minors are allowed within the venue . We are having an adults-only wedding. Who is invited will be indicated on your invitation.

Guests are kindly asked to arrive and be sat by 4:20 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. If you arrive after the 4:20 start time, you will be asked to wait and join us for the reception beginning at 5pm with cocktail hour.

There is no fee to park at the venue, but parking is first come first serve and not guaranteed. We encourage guests to carpool or use Uber/lyft. If you book under our name block, your parking pass at the hotel is included in your booking. Of course please do not drink and drive!

Yes. An RSVP is REQUIRED for everyone. Our venue will need a final head count to ensure there is enough seating and food for guests. In order for us to be able to accommodate space and a meal for you; you must RSVP no later March 16th, 2025 11:59pm. Thank you!

You never know in Oregon! We are hoping for a sunny day and will adjust accordingly. Please note the ceremony and dinner will be outside.

We have a hotel block reservation at the near-by Hampton Inn and Suite Portland-Hillsboro. The address is 9399 NE Tanasbourne Dr, Hillsboro OR 97124. All reservations under our name block must be made by April 22nd, 2025. Guests are welcome to stay anywhere they wish; We've only included this hotel info for your convenience.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!
