Yes! We have a room block reserved at the JW Marriott for the following dates: 12/28, 12/29, 12/30, & 12/31. The reservation link is under the Travel tab of this website.

The room block link/price is valid until 11/29/2024 (as long as the hotel has availability). It is better to book in the block as early as possible to secure your room.

Room availability is on a first come first serve basis, but we may be able to release more rooms, as long as the hotel has the availability. If you check the room block link and there are no rooms, then please check back in a few days because more could have been added. We will update this FAQ if the room block becomes completely full.

The JW Marriott is located in the town of Summerlin, Nevada, which is about a 20 minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip.

Under the Travel tab of this website, we listed two other great hotel options very close to the Marriott that guests can stay at. There are also a lot of AirBnB options in Summerlin, and of course all the hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.

Yes! The JW Marriott offers complimentary valet and self-parking at their resort for all visitors, whether you are staying at the hotel or not!

Guests should plan to arrive to the JW Marriott by 3:30pm since the ceremony starts at 4pm. Guests will want time to park, navigate the hotel, and sip on their welcome drink!

The ceremony will take place outside from 4pm-4:30pm on wedding day at the Wedding Gazebo on the JW Marriott property. Cocktail hour and the reception will both take place in the Cascade ballroom which is indoors and has access to outdoor patios. See the map tab for locations of each.

Although our wedding is the day before New Years Eve, we still want to bring the vibes of New Years! Sparkles, glitter, metallic colors, etc. Think anything you would wear to a New Years Eve cocktail party!
