The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/semi-formal attire.

In late November, the weather in Stahlstown can be unpredictable. Our venue is located on a mountain, so it will most likely be a bit chilly! Temperatures can range from the mid 30s to the low 50s where mornings and evenings are typically cooler.

Our ceremony, reception, and lodging are all located on the property of Oak Lodge! See the property map under photos for more details.

Due to the chilly weather, both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. There will be large space heaters placed outdoors around the venue.

While we love your little ones, we ask that only children involved in the ceremony or ones explicitly stated on the invitation be a part of our wedding. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time in order to spend the day celebrating with us.

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

If you plan on staying for the weekend, we recommend staying in one of the cabins on the Oak Lodge property! The lodging can accommodate 58 guests in total. Breakfast is included on Saturday and Sunday mornings. If you would like to stay with us on-site, let us know and Oak Lodge will contact you before the wedding!

Yes! There is an entire parking lot just next to the chapel. The venue is also wheelchair accessible.

Absolutely! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and throughout the entire reception. The only cash bar will be at the rehearsal dinner.

For those who are not staying the weekend at Oak Lodge, please plan to arrive by 3:30pm.

Should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table next to the chapel for your convenience.

We are not having an unplugged ceremony, so take as many photos as you would like!
