Hunter grew up in Maryland until sixth grade. I remember the day we met so clearly. Our sixth grade teacher Mrs. Hilton told us that we were having a new student come shadow in our class. Since WCA was so small, we were excited for a new face. When he came in, he was so happy and bubbly ( hard to believe right?). My best friend Aleeya and I thought he was hilarious and we laughed all through that class. I remember what Mrs. Hilton said when he left " Well, he was very...jolly" He joined our class full time shortly after that.

I found out only a couple months later that he had taken a liking to me. Everyone, literally everyone knew about it. He bought me presents for Christmas and my birthday and he was so nice to me. Unfortunately, I did not return the feelings for quite some time.

Fast forward to freshman year of high school, Mrs. Wilbur our teacher put our desks right next to each other. We started talking a lot more again, and I started to reciprocate the feelings. We started dating by the end of our freshman year. We have been together for 7 years now.

Over the past seven years, there has definitely been some challenges, mostly Hunter always being injured allllll the timeeee :) But we are so excited to finally be at the next chapter of our lives together and we are grateful for everyone that has helped us get to this point!
