After rejecting him after our first date in 2019, Zach decided to give it another try in December of 2022. After catching up through texts, facetimes, and phone calls for 2 weeks while he finished up a travel contract, we finally had our first date. We very quickly began seeing each other daily, whenever we could, and spending the least amount of time apart as possible.

I landed a job in January 2023 that would require me to move in May of that same year. Zach had the option to stay in WV, and we could make it work. Before I could even finish that option, it was a no-brainer for Zach — we were both going to Columbus.

We packed up our lives, found a tiny downtown apartment, and moved to Ohio after just 5 months of being together. Since then, we have known we wanted to spend our lives together.

On August 10, 2023, Zach asked me to spend forever together & it was the easiest YES! I have ever said.
