To allow the ceremony to begin promptly at 5:00, please plan to be at Ault Park and seated on the lawn by 4:30pm.

For guests staying downtown, transportation to and from Ault Park will be provided. A shuttle will depart from the Hilton Netherland Plaza at 4:00pm. Return trips will take place on the hour between 9:00pm - 11:00pm.

Yes, there is limited parking at Ault Park. There is one small, shared lot and some street parking around Observatory Cir. No overnight parking permitted. We encourage guests to consider utilizing Lyft or Uber.

This will be a formal/semi-formal event. Our ceremony will take place on the lawn (weather permitting) and our reception will be under the open-air pavilion. Please pay attention to the weather as we get closer to the event and dress warmly if needed.

Yes. Our ceremony will take place at the base of a large staircase and the reception will be at the top. The reception is accessible to all guests by walking around the back side of the pavilion.

We love your little ones, but to allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family. We appreciate your understanding!
