We will start the ceremony promptly at 6:00pm and request that our guests arrive at 5:30pm. This will allow our guests sufficient time to park, walk down the beach (a 5-minute walk from Rincon Beach Club), and find their seats. For anyone who needs it, there is also parking directly in front of the beach ceremony. You will see signs designating our event. Please note: If you are unable to arrive prior to the start of the ceremony, please plan to meet us all at Rincon Beach Club for cocktail hour at 6:45pm.

Cocktail attire is recommended for the event. Please keep in mind the ceremony will be in the sand at Santa Claus Lane Beach with shoes optional. We will move our party to the garden at Rincon Beach Club for the rest of the event. As this is an outdoor venue, we recommend bringing a jacket as it can get cold in the evening.

Both the ceremony and reception are being held outdoor, so please dress accordingly. We will also have heaters and fireplaces available for guests.

Parallel parking and regular parking spaces are available in front of Rincon Beach Club. If you plan to park overnight, please park in the parallel parking spaces. We recommend carpooling or taking an Uber/Lyft if you plan on drinking. Uber/Lyft should be easy to request during the busy summer months.

Yes, we will have appetizers available during the cocktail hour and dinner served during the reception. An open bar will be available throughout the event and dessert will be served later in the evening.

Due to space limitations, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to leave your children at home and celebrate our special day with us.
