Yes! There will be ample parking in the main parking lot of Chatham Mills. Parking is free and there is no valet. Attendants will be outside ready to direct you to where to enter as the actual wedding hall is located inside a larger shared building.

Forest Hall is located within Chatham Mills, directly across from an adorable little co-op marketplace that will be open until 8pm the day of the wedding. They sell all kind of coffee products, juices, snacks, Advil, and any other goodies you might need.

Our ceremony will be inside. Directly following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres and lawn games in the outdoor green space behind the venue. We will then be back inside for dinner and dancing, but the outdoor area will be available all night as an extra hangout space!

As Chatham Mills is a historical mill, part of its charm are the original wood mill floors. That aspect coupled with our outdoor cocktail hour might make for a tricky situation for stilettos or other thin heels. We suggest shoes with a wedge or block heel for this reason!

Given the limited space in the venue, we respectfully request that kiddos (with the exception of our niece and nephews and babies who need to stay with their mamas) be left at home.

Please refer to your invitation for the names of all guests invited in your party or the option of a plus one.

Our catering company, 39 West, will be walking around with passed hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour. Our dinner will then be held inside and will consist of a buffet including salad, assorted bread, grilled veggies, a chicken dish, and an additional side. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know beforehand so we can coordinate with the caterer.

Yes! Please let us know if you would like to receive the dietary restriction meal and know that we will also have sides that should accommodate everyone!

Please arrive between 4pm and 4:15 (no later than 4:15) so that you have ample time to be seated before the ceremony. Give yourself plenty of time to park and get inside the venue and down to our ceremony area. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, and we have been informed that the venue will not let any late guests enter the ceremony area past 4:30.

Heck yea! There is a local bar in downtown Pittsboro called The Mod we plan to hang out at after the wedding wraps up. It is a two-minute drive from the venue or a 15-minute walk!
