How we met

The two were introduced through Veronica, Kelsey's cousin and Daniel’s classmate. Kelsey was celebrating Gwen and Kyler's wedding in Jetmore, when Veronica said let's go ride around with these boys. Daniel being one of them in the pickup. Kelsey's cousin, Andy, shot down that idea and wouldn't let her go. Little did anyone know that they would find their way back to each other.

Our Personalities

Daniel has lived in the spotlight his whole life. He likes jet-setting around the world (mostly for work) and experiencing the finer things in life. Kelsey prefers her own quiet part of the world surrounded by only her closest friends and family. You’ll likely find her baking or cleaning.

The Proposal

Daniel was working on another extended business trip in Idaho at the time. It was Kelsey's birthday weekend and he had planned a special weekend for her. She flew into Boise, and he picked her up and he was staying about an hour away from there in his camper. The next few days he had a spa day planned for them and visiting the Shoshone Falls. We hiked up to this area to get a better picture of the waterfall and he got down on one knee. It was exhilarating and spontaneous and we both knew right then that no matter how many miles were between us or however many days we had to be apart. We wanted to be together for the rest of our lives.

Reflecting on our love

Kelsey: When Daniel came into the bar I was working at, he seemed like another smooth talker trying to pick me up in a bar. While I must admit his suave demeanor was attractive, it was his sweet and thoughtful side that really drew me in.

Daniel: I was immediately awestruck when I first laid my eyes on her but knew I had to be creative to win her over. She was someone special; I could just tell.
