1. Book your cruise with our group ID 3771854 Scott Varner by calling the Group Booking Department 1-800-465-3595 option 5 and pay a $500 refundable deposit per cabin.
2. Pay: You can either pay this balance off in total before OR by 90 days of setting sail. Making payments throughout the year up UNTIL 90 days of setting sail is also an option.
There are two parts to Royal Caribbean’s check-in process: online check-in and checking in at the cruise terminal.
3. Online check-in can be completed 45 days before your sail date but no later than 48 hours before setting sail. This is where you’ll input your passport information (if you have one), your legal name, birthday, and address, you will also enter your credit card information which will tie to your SeaPass card. Your SeaPass card acts as a credit card onboard as well as your room key. At the end of the cruise, your personal SeaPass card will charge the total amount of all purchases you made while onboard at the casino, spa, specialty dining, photo gallery, or on drinks (if you did not purchase a drink package). You will also choose a check-in time to aboard the cruise ship during this process. It is best to arrive at the cruise port terminal around this time for a smooth check-in. After completing online check-in, you can print out your luggage tags and boarding pass. 1 luggage tag per bag is required. ***We suggest to tape the tag to act as a laminate, wrap the tag around your bag handle, and staple it together to ensure it does not fall off***
4. Now you can purchase drink packages &/or excursions. ***Please do not make any excursion plans for CocoCay, Bahamas***
5. The second part of the check-in process is on embarkation day. Upon arrival at the cruise terminal, after dropping your luggage off with the cruise port workers, your documentation will be checked and you will pass through a brief security screening. Before you know it, you will be in the waiting area awaiting to walk onboard and start your vacation! ***Have your boarding pass AND passport OR birth certificate & ID on hand! DO NOT pack these items away!***
6. All Aboard! Now, it is time to complete your muster station and let the fun begin! (Your boarding pass will inform you of your muster station location)
7. Your luggage will be delivered to your stateroom door. Your stateroom will be available around 1-2PM.
***Departure: You can either depart the boat handling your own luggage OR request luggage tags. If you request luggage tags you will need to leave your bags outside your stateroom door on the last night of the cruise. You will pick your luggage up in the terminal after departing the ship***
