We have a shuttle available to take guests to and from the hotel and Chandler Hill. The first departure leaves the hotel promptly at 4:30pm and the last shuttle arrives back at the hotel at 11pm. If you are driving, parking is available at Chandler Hill. The upper lot is smaller, so you may need to park at the lower lot and take their shuttle up to the venue. Cars can also be left overnight.

Weather permitting we are hoping to have our ceremony and reception outdoors. Dinner will be indoors and the venue will be accessible throughout the evening either way.

We recommend semi-formal attire such as a dress or dressy separates for women and a suit or dress shirt and tie for men.

While we love everyone’s children, our wedding will be adults only, with the exception of our flower girls.

The ceremony will be at 6pm. Please arrive on time as the sun sets at this time so we will need to start the ceremony on schedule. Cocktail hour and reception will be immediately following the ceremony. The reception ends at 11pm. For anyone staying at the Residence Inn, we will have a late night snack available in the main room off the lobby.
