It's fall 2011, Kelsey is fresh out of college at UT Austin, and Benji is fresh out of LA. Both of us were at a point of new beginnings, Benji founding his creative marketing agency and Kelsey embarking on her marketing career. Kelsey walks into Benji’s office…the stars align and the friendship of a lifetime begins.

We were best buddies at first sight. Kelsey thought Benji was the funniest person she had ever met, not to mention an amazing partner in business who would end up propelling her career and vice versa. Benji said he just saw a beam of light, feeling like he had known Kelsey for a very very long time.

The years passed as Benji built his business and Kelsey moved to Seattle for a job promotion. We stayed in contact through work, supporting one another’s big dreams…fueling one another’s success and having a LOT of giggles while doing it! Our connection has always been filled with laughter and a shared spirit of infinite possibilities.

While life happened and the years passed, our bond never missed a beat. In 2022, our friendship turned to love in the blink of an eye.

Since then, we have been inseparable. Finding the love we thought only existed in movies. Breaking every boundary we ever tried to create - enjoying the greatest gift of true love and companionship.

We rolled right into a full home remodel the month Kelsey moved in, creating the funky fresh lakeside Kenji Estate. We melded our doggies into loving siblings - Martini and Pixel (Benji’s sweet but sometimes feisty elder chihuahuas) to Flipper (Kelsey’s young energy filled happy derpy baby boi Aussie). We adventured to Vegas, Honduras, Bonaire, Boston, Cancun, Bonaire again, Denver, Manchester, Rome, London, Cabo, St. Lucia, Key West, Miami, and Bonaire once again. Benji (a rescue diver) shared his passion for the ocean with Kelsey, giving her the courage to become an advanced scuba diver (now her proudest accomplishment and favorite hobby.) We feel so lucky to have one another, and to continue building our adventurous life as a family!
