Mark shared his enjoyment of attending Illinois football games while in college with Kelsey. The two of them cheered on the Illini as students and now still do as alumni. ILL!

One of the many things that Mark and Kelsey have in common is attending country music shows and festivals. In 2012, they attended their first of five years at Country Thunder in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin.

May 2015 marked an important time in their lives as they became graduates of the University of Illinois. Kelsey graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Animal Sciences and Mark graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Recreation, Sport and Tourism

2016 offered an exciting time for their first family vacation together. Mark got to see the ocean for the first time!

In 2016 on one of the biggest days in sports history, Mark and Kelsey were able to share a Cubs World Series together….thankful to see one in their lifetime!

In 2017, Mark and Kelsey took a big step and moved into a house in Wheaton together. Of course, they couldn’t forget about the two cats (Pickles and Finn) making it a home of four.

2019 marked a big year for Mark and Kelsey as they took on new adventures. One of those big adventures was buying their own home in Warrenville together.

On October 24, 2020 their adventures continued as Mark took Kelsey on a walk around the nearby St. James Farm in Warrenville. After needing to do a few laps around the grounds, Mark led Kelsey into the ‘tree alley’. Here he asked her to marry him. She said YES!

And on June 25, 2022 they will tie the knot and become husband and wife. Mark and Kelsey are looking forward to seeing all of you at their wedding and can’t wait to continue to share their lives together with many more adventures to come!
