General FAQ

What will the weather be like?

While we can’t control the weather, we’ve got a good idea of what to expect. Since part of the wedding is outdoors, plan for daytime temperatures around 22-25°C. It should be quite comfortable! It will cool down to around 15°C in the evening, so bring something to keep warm as the night sets in.

Where should I stay?

We have two room blocks reserved, and you can find additional hotel options on the travel tab of our website. If you prefer something a little more like "home", there are Airbnbs and VRBOs available depending on your length of stay and needs.

Can I bring my kids?

We welcome your kids to attend the ceremony portion of the event! However, to ensure all our guests, including parents, can enjoy a night of relaxation and celebration, we kindly ask that no children attend the reception. Please make sure your little ones have alternative plans starting at 5:30 pm.

Can I take photos?

We’d love for you to capture all the fun memories of the day, so feel free to take photos—except during the ceremony. We know it’s hard, but for just 20 minutes, please put your phone away so our fabulous photographer can work her magic without distractions. We promise you'll get all the beautiful shots to enjoy later!

Are gifts expected?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! We are so grateful to celebrate this special day with you. If you feel inclined to give something, a contribution toward our honeymoon in Europe would mean so much to us. It will help us create unforgettable memories—and we’ll be sure to toast to you along the way!

Dress Code FAQs

What Should I Wear?

We kindly request that our guests dress in formal attire for the wedding. Here's what that means! For Women: Long gowns or elegant cocktail dresses are perfect. Think chic, classy, and ready for a special evening. For Men: A suit and tie is the way to go. Dress shoes and dress shirts are the standard. We’re excited to see everyone dressed to impress for the occasion!

What shoes should I wear?

The ceremony and cocktail reception will be on grass, so while you're absolutely welcome to wear your stunning stilettos, just be prepared to aerate the lawn a bit! If you prefer, block heels or wedges might be a more stable option for the terrain.
