Ceremony

The Josephine
2400 Napoleon Avenue, New Orleans, LA, 70115, United States
It breaks my heart to share that the church I grew up in will no longer be the place where Jack and I say our vows. St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian has been such a meaningful part of my life, and while this unexpected change has been deeply personal and difficult, we’re choosing to move forward with grace and love. Our ceremony will now take place at The Josephine, where we’ll also celebrate with our reception. Though the setting has changed, the heart of the day — surrounded by our closest family and friends — remains the same. In true Presbyterian fashion, our ceremony will be short and sweet — about 20 minutes! Please be sure to arrive on time so you don’t miss a moment

7:00 PM–10:00 PM

Reception

The Josephine
2400 Napoleon Avenue, New Orleans, LA, 70115, United States
In the spirit of New Orleans, our reception will feature a buffet of local cuisine, live music for dancing, and cherished traditions such as the cake cutting and first dance. Rather than a formal plated dinner, the evening is designed to flow with music, food, and celebration.

10:00 PM

After Party

Gasa Gasa
4920 Freret Street, New Orleans, LA, 70115, United States
To cap off the evening, if you’re feeling up for it, we invite you to join us in a New Orleans tradition — a Second Line! We’ll parade down Freret Street, just three blocks from the reception, to Gasa Gasa, a lively neighborhood venue, to keep the celebration going. Grab a handkerchief, follow the band, and let’s dance the night away!
