Both properties are Marriott's and while purchases will accrue points, points cannot be used to pay for the discounted room block rate (You will have to choose to pay more and book with points or take the discount but pay out of pocket).

Rates are not confidential, and a credit card is required to hold and confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated. If cancellation is made within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival, a one (1) night deposit will be retained as a cancellation.

Rates will be honored beyond the blocked days.

There is a Resort fee of $42.00 per day.
