Booking includes on-site transport via golftcarts for all wedding festivities and beach access during stay - including towels, chairs, etc. There are 6-8 person condos available at "The Tides" and 2-4 person condos available at "The Summit"

Guests can call 1-850-466-8882 to reach our reservations team to book their accommodation. Please instruct all guests to identify themselves as guests of the Hodge-Marler Wedding / Group ID FLDESGRP1754, when calling to ensure that they receive the percentage-off discounted rates.●&nbsp;10% discount on stays of 3 nights or longer●&nbsp;Group is not responsible for guest reservation payments&nbsp; Alternatively guests may book directly on vacasa.com. Once booked, guests will send an email to group.reservations@vacasa.com with the Subject Line: &lt;Group Name / Property / Dates / Confirmation Number&gt;. Once the email is received, the group discount will be applied and an email confirmation will be issued. For bookings made on vacasa.com, within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be processed and the difference will be reimbursed at the time of the rate adjustment.Group discount is not applicable to reservations booked through a third party i.e. Bookit.com, Expedia, AirBnB, VRBO, etc.Please note that our check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. Room Rent, tax, fees and incidentals will be the responsibility of the individuals.&nbsp; Set up an account on vacasa.com and download the Vacasa APP. This will allow guests to review and manage all stay details. All reservations booked with the same email address will populate to the same online account or via the APP.&nbsp;

**UPDATE** There are smaller rooms available at the Summit, still on the resort property but farther back from the beach. They feature more studio and 1-bedroom condos and are much more affordable. The tides are closer to the beach and larger family-style condos. Feel free to book wherever, both include golf cart transportation around the resort and beach access including amenities

The Summit At TOPS'L by Vacasa

Additionally if guests do not choose to stay on resort, there is a Marriot and a Hyatt across the street that are more affordable. Guests will still be able to come into resort for ceremony and use golf cart transportation the day of the wedding, but will not have private beach access at Tops'l during their stay. However, feel free to hit up the public beaches!
