Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers shortly after the RSVP deadline. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. Thank you!

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends!

We love all your little ones! However, due to limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun and relaxing date night on us!

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing professional photographer and videographer to capture this special day and we’d hate for their shots to have phones in them. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want!

We will be having a mimosa bar with several different juices. We are supplying all the alcohol ourselves so there is a limited supply, but we will make sure there is plenty to go around! The mimosas will be served at both the cocktail hour and the reception. There will also be water and tea served as well.

Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony starts at 4pm. This will allow time for you to park, sign the guestbook, and find your seat.

There is a large parking lot at the venue that should be more than enough space for everyone!

After the ceremony, the bridal party and families will take photos around the venue. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and snacks. After the cocktail hour is over, the reception will begin!

The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be inside. The cocktail hour will take place on the patio after the ceremony, and there will be tables and chairs set out. Appetizers and drinks will be served during the cocktail hour as well. In the case of bad weather, the entire event will be moved inside.

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting Cocktail Attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please no Jeans, T-shirts, or White.
