The Pella at Blackstone will be open at 4 pm for guests to arrive! The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm so please arrive early to find your seat!
Where will the reception be held?
The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Pella! There will be a cocktail hour with appetizers following the ceremony in the lower level of The Pella, then dinner and dancing back upstairs. Plan is for music to end by 11:30 pm!
Is transportation provided?
There will be a bus available to transport a limited number of guests staying at The Cottonwood and Home2 Suites to The Pella for the wedding ceremony. This bus only holds ~30 people, so will be first come first serve for a ride! The bus will make one trip from each hotel: Cottonwood departure at 3:50 pm, Home2 Suites departure at 4:10 pm. The bus will only be providing trips to The Pella for the ceremony. Transportation will not be provided from the reception back to the hotels later in the evening.
Is parking available at The Pella?
Yes! Parking is available for guests at no charge in the parking garage at the corner of 41st and Harney, UNMC Parking Lot 6. If using this garage please use the enterance on 41st street. Cars are able to be left overnight in this garage if needed, but The Pella requests these be moved as soon as possible the following morning! There are always ride share services such as Lyft and Uber if you don’t want to worry about parking for the evening!
What is the deadline to RSVP?
We are requesting that RSVPs be submitted by October 14th! We hope to celebrate with all of you, but if you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our plans accordingly!
Am I able to bring a plus one?
We are only able to allow guests listed on your invitation due to the size of the venue. If you received a plus one it will be listed when you RSVP! Please feel free to edit the name of your plus one if needed when you RSVP!
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire - We know you’ll look great!
Are children invited?
Kids invited to attend will be listed in your group when you RSVP!
