For those traveling to AZ, you will be responsible for getting to & from the hotel. Uber/Lyft is popular in the AZ valley; there are car rental services/turbo as well. A shuttle is scheduled for pick up at Courtyard Marriott to & from Venue on wedding day (see travel tab for more details). There are NO UBERS/LYFTS to & from the venue so if you are not using the shuttle I recommend driving. There is plenty of parking located at the venue.

The ceremony & reception will entirely outdoors. I can't predict the weather but it is a safe assumption it will be warm, I recommend checking the temperatures as much as possible.

Respectfully, we want only our closest family & friends that we have had selected to join us at this very special event.

Although we do love all your children but strongly encourage an adult night out.
