HOTEL CHECK IN


We realize that most hotels have 4:00 PM listed as check in. We have spoken with all hotels and although they cannot guarantee an early check in, they have all told us that there is a good possibility of getting into your rooms early.


Here are tips to reduce the stress of check-ins:


1) Be sure to tell them that you are here for the Martin-Jones wedding and that our ceremony starts at 4:30. They have told us they would do their best to make wedding guests a priority. should all be aware that our ceremony is at 4:30.


2) Try to get to your hotel as early as possible to allow for time to determine plans for getting ready should check in be later than expected


TRANSPORTATION TO THE WEDDING


There will be shuttles to transport guests from All 3 hotels to Mount Ida.
NOTE: You do not have to be a guest at any of the hotels to take the shuttles!


The shuttle schedule is as follows:


ARRIVE at DOUBLE TREE: 3:00 PM
DEPARTS from DOUBLE TREE: 3:10 PM


ARRIVES at COURTYARD MARRIOTT: 3:15 PM
DEPARTS from COURTYARD MARRIOTT: 3:30 PM


(DIFFERENT SHUTTLE THAN ABOVE)
ARRIVE at HOLIDAY INN MONTICELLO: 3:30
DEPART from HOLIDAY INN MONTICELLO: 3:40 PM.


All Shuttles will arrive at Mount Ida by 4:10 PM.


You are welcome to drive yourself to the wedding. Please arrive no earlier than 3:45 PM and no later than 4:15 PM as the wedding starts promptly at 4:30 PM


There will also be shuttles to return guests to each of the hotels. The early shuttle will depart at 8:45 PM and two shuttles will depart from Mount Ida at approximately 10:40 PM
