Please RSVP no later than July 26th. We will need to provide our vendors and the venues an exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you by the deadline, you will be marked as declined.

Yes, but it’s all about having fun and embracing the vibe! Our theme is loosely 70’s & cowboys—think retro & western. We encourage you to get creative. The suggested color palette includes warm tones like oranges and browns, earthy greens like sage and emerald, and pops of pink, but feel free to make it your own. Dress to impress (or just to have a good time), and don’t be afraid to lean into the theme!

Due to venue capacity and having large families, we can only have people who are currently on our guest list and are not able to accommodate more. Thank you for understanding!

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, and our reception will be held indoors.

The ceremony begins at 3, we recommend that you aim to arrive no later than 2:30 - 2:40 pm. This gives ample time to find the ceremony location, find a seat, and mingle with guests before the ceremony begins.

For the ceremony, ample parking will be available on the top of the hill on the right side of the road. For the reception, parking around the hall and utilizing the ice rink parking lot is recommended.

Once you arrive to our ceremony location, please be advised that there is a steep hill to walk down to get to your seats. Plan your foot wear accordingly. If you are elderly or need an accommodation, rides will be provided down the hill as well as back up.

We will have limited First Choice certificates available for use to get back to Regina from our reception location given on a first-come first-serve basis! Plan ahead, carpool, and please do not drink and drive.

We will have a cash bar available during our cocktail hour and reception, both located at the Lumsden Hall.
