We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP no later than May 2nd, 2026

The dress code is cocktail attire. This includes mid-length or long dresses, suits, dressy jumpsuits, and semi-formal footwear.

Due to the size of our venue, we are keeping our guest list limited to our closest family and friends. If your partner is named on your invitation and your online RSVP form, then yes! If you do not see them explicitly named, we appreciate your understanding of our venue’s capacity restrictions.

In order for all of our guests to enjoy the day and remain stress-free, we kindly ask that you do not bring your children.

The best way to and from our venue is to drive. Mountain Shadows Retreat has ample parking onsite as well as an overflow parking lot across the street. We encourage groups to carpool, both for ease of parking and for environmental consciousness. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a shuttle service for guests, however Uber and Lyft drivers operate in the area. If you do choose one of these services, please account for driver wait times.

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. Please arrive no earlier than 3:00 p.m. (as the venue will be getting set up and ready for guests to arrive) and no later than 3:45 p.m. to be seated.
