The venue requires our final head count 60 days prior to our wedding date. Therefore, we are asking that you please RSVP by August 17, 2025. If we have not received an RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Spinning Leaf (1414 Metcalf Road, Shelby, NC 28150).

The ceremony will be held outdoors in the courtyard. The reception will be held primarily indoors with access to the outdoor patio and surrounding area for various offerings and activities throughout the evening.

The dress code for our celebration is semi-formal, however, formal attire is encouraged. We suggest tea or floor length dresses for the ladies and jackets or sports coats for the men.

The bridesmaids are not wearing a specific color or style of dress.

Yes, the venue has parking available onsite. For those of you that would prefer not to drive, a shuttle will be available for pickup from the Fairfield Inn and Suites prior to the ceremony and will return to the hotel at the end of the reception. Details regarding shuttle departure times will be posted in the coming weeks.

Our formal invitation RSVPs will include the names of those for whom we have reserved a seat at our wedding. We kindly ask that only those indicated in your RSVP attend our celebration. For guests with children under the age of 2, we encourage you to bring your little ones! Just please note that they will not have a designated seat or meal provided.

We would like the rehearsal dinner to be an intimate gathering for the wedding party and immediate family only. All guests included in the rehearsal dinner will receive a separate invitation and RSVP indicating such. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to celebrating with everyone on our wedding day!
