Jake and I have known each other for a very long time. In middle school, we swam side by side (or should I say one lane over) from each other. Years went by and we continued to swim lane by lane. It was not until summer going into our senior year. He had a crush on her, and she had a crush on him; she just didn't know it yet. It was one night in march, when I posted a tweet on twitter. Jake, being a very quiet man, replied to my tweet and I thought to myself, "wow, that was really nice." I then sat in the back of the dry land room, gossiping to my friends about what they thought about Jake, if they liked him, if they could see me liking him. Word spread that I was interested and it turned out, he was interested well before I was. We got to talking and then on June 30th 2013, Jake asked me to be his girlfriend. On October 3rd 2019, Jake asked me to be his wife, in the middle of an open field of a small quiet park. On November 21st 2020, Jake will take me as his wife, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, til death do us part.
