Our Wedding

Oliver and I matched on an dating app in October 2021, less than 24 hours after I downloaded the app. I thought I’d give it a try, and little did I know, he’d end up being my forever. We decided to go out that same night! Oliver will tell you that my ping pong skills are what got me a second date. We quickly realized how much we had in common and how weird we both were. We just kept hanging out and the next thing you know we were official. We've been on so many adventures and have made a lot of good memories. It has been so special to see how we have both grown over the course of our relationship, together and as individuals. We both consistently push each other towards being the best we can be and a daily commitment to love others as God does. On July 26th, Oliver had a whole day planned for me. We ate breakfast at Frothy Monkey and then rode bikes all around 12 South, a neighborhood in Nashville. We went to a cabin near my mom's house and walked in the wildflowers while reflecting on our journey that lead us to that moment. We prayed together and read Bible passages about planting seeds and new growth. I had no idea that day was the beginning of a new chapter for us! We went to my mom's house and had a picnic lunch by the creek in our hammocks. We played in the creek, napped, and enjoyed the beautiful day. In preparation for the day, Oliver had told me that we had dinner reservations. So we left the creek and went to my mom's house to shower and get ready. Right at the time we were supposed to leave, Oliver told me he had left his keys down by the creek. So we rushed over there and as soon as I saw the candles, I burst into tears. After he popped the question, he pointed out his brother, Nico, completely camouflaged and taking pictures! We went up to the barn and there were several of our friends and family to celebrate with. I got to hear all about the months of planning and turmoil Oliver had been through in preparation for the day. It was one of the best, most thoughtful days. Now, Oliver and I have been together over 4 years! Which is crazy to think about. If you are reading this, one or both of us has been impacted by you and the love you have showed towards us. We know it takes a village, and definitely for me and Oliver :) We are so excited to celebrate the next chapter surrounded by all of you—the people who have supported, loved, and cheered us on along the way. Can't wait!!!!!!!

Truly an organically kind man and at the same time thrives at stirring the pot! He is a very intentional and consistent friend, who on occasion will say the most outlandish things just to start an argument. Never a dull day with John!

John Broughall

The most talented, charismatic, quiet guy in the room who has a library full of memes. One of my most loyal friends who has never failed in carrying me in every video game we play. We would stay up playing video games till past sunrise and FYI, I am really bad. I have no idea why he keeps wanting to play.

Definitely the most put together man on this list of incredible friends. He's extremely polite and has a great work ethic. Always seems to stay in touch with everyone and is a loyal friend. Don't let his charm and his vast knowledge of history fool you because he is just as crazy as all my other friends!

Oliver and I have enjoyed going to Shelby park to ride bikes, take walks, or play disc golf or spikeball. If you are wanting a place to enjoy the beautiful weather we would definitely recommend!

We love going there to see the monkeys and the zipline rocket is a lot of fun!
