The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Men should wear suits and ladies should wear a floor-length/midi dresses.

While we adore your children, we have chosen to have this event be only for adults & kids over age 10. This is the perfect chance to get a babysitter for the night for your littles so you can join us on the dance floor!

Due to a strict capacity at our venue, our guest list is limited to those noted on your final invitation.

We'll be providing shuttles that will run from 11:00 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. from New Vintage Place. The shuttle will drop off at The B.O.B. (bar) for those who want to continue the party with the newlyweds! For those who want to head home, The B.O.B. is in between both hotel blocks, which makes for a quick walk back. If you are not staying at either location but still want to hitch a ride - please do!

We recommend using Uber/Lyft as our hotel blocks are a 5-minute drive away, especially if you choose to utilize our open bar (which we hope you do!)

The Amway Grand Plaza is our primary hotel block and, in our opinion, is truly a Grand Rapids staple! A room block is also available at the AC Hotel by Marriott, which is only a 4-minute walk from Amway. However, there are plenty of other hotels nearby both of our blocks, so please do what is best for you! For more information regarding our hotel blocks, please see the "Travel" tab.
