For those spending more time here, Flagstaff to the north is a fun college town full of great food and beer. It is also home to the highest peak in the state. Jerome to the west is another historic Arizona mining town. It sits on the side of a mountain and features stunning views of Sedona and great food and shopping.

The Grand Canyon is about two hours north of Sedona, or you can head to Williams and ride the famous Grand Canyon railroad to and from the canyon.

The Verde Canyon Railroad is another famous way to explore the beauty of Northern Arizona.
