We kindly ask that you RSVP by 9/30. If you have any questions about your RSVP, please reach out. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, be sure to bring a chair and a sandwich. If you need to make changes to your RSVP, please contact Kendra or Ryan immediately so we can update your attendance and adjust our headcount.

The ceremony will start at 5:00PM sharp. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings.

The dress code for our wedding is Formal. We would love to see our friends and family get all dressed up for our big day! The Wedding Party colors are Gold (bridesmaid) and Black (groomsmen). Parking will be located at the venue and is a short walk from all festivities. Transportation from the hotel to our venue will be available for limited guests. One will depart at 3:50 PM and can accommodate 11 guests. The second one will depart at 4:30 PM and can accommodate 9 guests (Note: if there are not enough people to fill out the van, there will only be one trip). Though we love your little ones, due to space at our venue, we cannot accommodate children, unless specified on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and taking the time to make arrangements prior to our big day, so you are able to celebrate with us.

We are so excited to share our day with you! Though we would love to invite everyone, unfortunately, we are limited on capacity. We have reserved only a limited amount of seats in your honor (those listed on your invitation) and cannot accommodate more.

We will be serving an open beer & wine bar for 3 hours starting at the cocktail hour. The last call for drinks will be an hour and a half before we plan to have our send-off.

We kindly ask that you put away your phone and camera during our ceremony. We promise to share our special moments with you when we get them back from the photographer.
