Formal attire is required for the wedding. If you come to the ceremony or reception without formal attire you will be asked to leave. Men are required to wear a black tuxedo and women are required to wear a black evening gown.

We understand if you cannot make it to the wedding. We have a lot of requirements and it is a destination wedding. We will be having a second reception in the spring next year. It will be more casual and likely in Marietta, OH.

We're sorry, but no you cannot. We have narrowed the list down to only our closest family members. If your name is not on an invitation, you will not be allowed into the wedding. We will be allowing guests to come to the second reception next spring.

We are sorry, but children are not allowed at the wedding ceremony or reception. If you need to bring your child with you to the wedding, there are babysitting services provided by the Greenbrier. You will need to stay at the hotel the day of the Wedding and request the service in advance.

Please RSVP by August 1st. If you RSVP yes to the reception, we expect you at the wedding and to observe all of our requests. Our venue requires a lot of detail, time and financial investment. If you cannot come or if you are unsure you can get that day off, please RSVP No. We understand we are asking a lot; we appreciate your time and resources and we ask that you respect ours as well.

The only gift we ask for is your presence. If you do want to get us a gift we will have a card table at the reception. You also have the option to donate to our honeymoon fund here on this website through the registry tab.

There is valet parking if you come to the front of the resort. There is a charge of $30/day if you are staying at the resort. There is free parking at the back of the resort, however it is limited. There is additional parking across the street from the resort which can be accessed by a trolly that runs all day.

Yes there will be. There will be snacks at tea time and cocktail hour. Dinner will be served at 6:30. Please let us know in your invitations if you have any food allergies so accommodations can be made. If you are staying for the after party there will also be snacks available there.

No you do not. You do not have to attend the meeting the night before the wedding, the brunch, or the afterparty. If you need to leave the reception to get home at a decent hour we also understand that. If you are staying the night after the wedding and attending brunch please let us know if possible.

Yes there will be an open bar available during the cocktail hour and the reception itself.

Regular checkout is at 11am. We have asked for late checkouts for every guest staying with us. Late checkout is 1pm. Please verify with the front desk when you check in that it is still in effect.
