As much as we love your little ones, we plan on this being an adult only event. If your child’s name was not on the invite we were not planning on counting them as a guest.

We are having an “unplugged ceremony”. This means we are asking all phones and devices to be put away during our ceremony. We will allow for a brief period for photos after which we will ask all devices be put back away. Please refrain from recording or snapping photos at any other time besides the designated time. We have professional photographers and videographers for this reason and we would like them to have an unobstructed view of our special day.

If your invitation states your name “and guest” then yes, you are welcome to bring one guest. However, if it is just your name we are not planning on a plus one for you.

Yes. A parking lot is across the street from the venue. However, cars must be moved before noon the next day.

Yes. Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside and reception will follow in the adjacent building.

Fall Formal. Wear fun fall colors, men in suits (jacket optional), women in fall or formal dresses or dressy pants. As always, please refrain from wearing white.

Yes! Buses will pickup from the first hotel at 3:30. Check-in for all hotels is 3:00. Return buses from the venue will be at 10:00, 11:00, and 12:00.
