Who knew something as simple as Corey showing up to help present the colors at a baseball game would lead to one of the closest friends I could have? I could write a whole essay, but I'll just keep it to a paragraph. We've been through it all together, from being dumb high school kids, then graduating to dumb college kids, and now somehow making it in life. Here's to many more dumb times to be had, trips to be taken, and convincing each other that buying those cars/car parts is completely rational and not irresponsible in any way.

I don't know if it was the helping me read the board in high school, cause I refused to get glasses, going to Mr Dunderbaks too many times, or scaring people every Halloween (they wanted it... we think), but this man right here has definitely been a huge part of my life. This is the man you can count on to always keep it fun, or at least interesting.

To anyone who doesn't know, I already have a kid. He's in his 30s, looks nothing like me, but does have the same sense of humor. Don't worry, he's slowly learning to live on his own. If I die, this man may not be responsible, but will definitely be a factor. "Wanna get dirtbikes?" Sure. "Wanna get Street bikes?" You bet. "Hey, let's go do the world's largest slingshot." Why not. "Let's see how many Six Flags parks we can do in a year." I thought you'd never ask. That pretty much sums us up, and it sure has kept these past few years an adventure!

"I know we've only known each other for about a day and said all of about 10 words to each other, but do you want to be roommates for the next 4 years?" "Why not?" Pretty much how Ethan and I met at the beginning of our flight training journey, and who knew it would work out so well. Between figuring out how to fly airplanes, trying not to die in Arizona's 100° temperatures, and binge-watching way too many series during the pandemic, Ethan made our 4 years out in Arizona somehow go by fast! He also made it seem like we had known each other forever.

If anyone needs some Lipton green tea at the wedding, here's your man. I know he'll have some in his cooler. It seems wild thinking back as I write this that I've known you since sitting by you in 7th-grade math, and look at us today! I don't know if he copies me or if I copy him, but we always seem to do the same things. From heading out to the cable parks for some wakeboarding, going out surfing in way rougher oceans than expected, constant car meets, and motorcycle rides - let's just say we both have great taste!

If you're reading this and don't know who Brandon is, don't worry, he will absolutely make himself known on the wedding night. There are so many memories I hold with him from melting bottles over bonfires in Ohio, what felt like spending all summer out at the lake house, to becoming the world's best lobster hunters known to mankind!

He's just a requirement cause Kendyll said so - just kidding! It's amazing how quickly you can bond with someone and become friends over annoying another friend, girlfriend, and now wife. Kendyll still probably regrets inviting me to that bar after work with her then student, Arlen. I was going just for her, but little did I know it would lead to such a great friendship!

I'm gonna be honest, I'm not sure why Dylan still associates with me after my dolphin impersonation in drafting class, but I'm sure glad he does. I am so grateful we had that class together, as we were always talking about cars instead of doing work, creating Overdrive Nation, and annoying Mr Griffin in every way possible. People always say it's fun getting to watch friends grow up. For us, that's been through our cars. It all started going to car meets in our very "special" cars, slowly moving up in the world to buying new cars, breaking those cars, fixing them, and then repeating. But hey, our projects are still quicker than Saturn's.

The first day I met Shelby, I asked her to be my roommate - the rest is history! Shelby is my sweetest friend and is always down for whatever chaos I throw at her. She is truly the Gus to my Shawn ;)

Devin and I met way back in college. She's been there for me through thick and thin and never fails to make me laugh. She is now the most awesome wife and mother, but I will always see her as the girl I grew up with during my young adult years.

Abbi and I met while working at summer camp. I would describe Abbi as my kindred spirit. We have a tendency to live across the country from each other, but she is always there for the important things, and it never feels like she's really that far away. Abbi is part of my family, and I am forever grateful for her friendship! p.s. I never call her Abbi. . . she is my Abs

Kassidy is my big sister! She has been there for every big moment of my life - this wedding is no exception! She is the mother to my littlest nephew, and my go-to for all things Cricut, Disney, and essential oils! As all younger siblings should, I enjoy teasing her, but most of it goes over her head, which is impressive since she is so tall. Regardless, I have looked up to my sister my entire life.

Kaylin is my cousin, and we spent our childhoods growing up together in Vegas. We have spent an absurd amount of time playing Minecraft and Mario Kart together! We currently bond by trying to navigate adulthood and planning out our next tattoos - she definitely has the creative genes in the family!

Brittani is my new sister (in-law)! I have enjoyed getting to know Brittani over the last couple of years and am excited to be part of her family. Brittani is incredibly creative and resourceful. Her artistic ability never ceases to amaze me, and she makes wakeboarding look way easier than it actually is!

Behnaz and I met at work. She has become one of my closest friends throughout the years, and I swear no party is ever complete without her! Behnaz has a huge heart and brings life everywhere she goes. . . which is good since she's a nurse!

Najwa truly is my soul sister and my best friend. We've experienced a lot of life together, and some of my best memories are with this girl. Her laugh is contagious and one of my favorite things . . . so, tell her lots of jokes when you see her at the wedding!
