** There will be a shuttle service running that will bring you to the venue and drop you back off at The Double Tree Hotel. Pick up will be sharply at 3:00pm and 3:30pm at the Double Tree and the shuttle bus will do a drop off at the end of the night, 11pm and 11:30pm**
