A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton President for the nights of October 4th and 5th. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of our reception venue! Reservations must be made by September 5th to receive our special rate.

Reception Parking Garages
Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow time for parking! Below you will find 2 parking garage options as well as valet.
KC Live! Parking Garage: 151 E 13th St. Kansas City, MO 64106 Access garage heading west on 13th street. There will be a large blue neon PARKING sign at the garage entrance between Grand & Walnut St. As you enter, you will be given a parking ticket. Please bring your parking ticket to The Gallery for validation from a bartender!
Valet: 61 E 14th St. Kansas City, MO 64106 Valet is offered directly out front of The Gallery & Kill Devil Club Event Spaces and is offered on a first come first serve basis. Valet pricing varies depending upon the activities occurring in Downtown KC that day and may cost $15-$30 per vehicle!
Cosentinos Parking Garage: 1226 Main St. Kansas City, MO 64106 Access garage on either Main or Walnut St. between 12th and 13th St. and park on any level. As you enter, you will be given a parking ticket. Please bring your parking ticket to The Gallery for validation from a bartender!
