Q + A
When should I RSVP by?
To help with our planning please RSVP as soon as possible. You can RSVP directly on this website on the tab labeled “RSVP”
However, the deadline is June 27th, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as “no”. We need to provide vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!
What time should I arrive?
Castle and Key is open to the public until 5:00pm. You are welcome to arrive prior and grab a drink, just please have your invitation with so the staff knows you are there for the wedding.
If you choose to arrive later, please arrive no later than 5:00 to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30.
Do I get a plus one?
Unfortunately due to venue size, just the guest (s) addressed on the invite will be allowed. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.
Are children welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, this wedding is exclusively for adults with the exception of immediate family or those who are in the wedding party.
Is the wedding outside?
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully)! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, followed by the reception indoors.
Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day!
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire
Think elegant garden tea party! Shades of blue and green encouraged! No white.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us.
Other than the ceremony, YES! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos of the day as you like!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception.
We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us. However, we trust you all to be adults and drink responsibly. We want everyone to get home safely, and the hangover is on you!
Where do I park?
Parking is available across the street from the venue provided by Castle and Key.
