The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp. We ask that you arrive and be in your seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will need to wait until cocktail hour to enter.

Yes! We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentleman can wear slacks, button down shirts, and a tie. Please no jeans, sneakers, or white attire.

Unfortunately, there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you were given a plus one, we have listed her/his name on your invitation. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an invite only event. If your children are invited, their names will be listed on your invitation.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that during the ceremony that all phones and cameras are put away until the ceremony has come to an end. You are more than welcome to take photos/videos both before and after the ceremony.

There will be parking available for wedding guests at the Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa/Newport Beach.
