The ceremony will start at 4 PM sharp. Please make sure you are seated under the pavilion prior to 4 PM.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our BIG day! The official dress code is formal. Please no jeans, or t-shirts. Bright summer colors and floral patterns are encouraged! Please reserve hues of yellow for the wedding party. We kindly as the ladies to refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne or cream color attire.

We love the kiddos, but this wedding is a kid free zone! Enjoy the night off from the kids and party it up! This is a 21+ event.

Yes. Only for those who have booked a room at Batavia Downs: We have a reserved shuttle to take guests to the venue before the ceremony as well as to take guests back to the hotel safely! Uber/Lyft are not readily available in this area. Keep in mind that the shuttle only holds 15 people per ride. The shuttle ride is 20 minutes to the venue and 20 minutes back to the hotel. Please plan accordingly, we don't want anyone to miss the ceremony! If you are not utilizing the hotel services we ask you drive to the venue. Carpooling is encouraged! We would like to reserve shuttle rides for close friends/family and the wedding party!

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests.

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus 1 it will appear on your invitation with both individuals names. We want to keep our wedding to close family and friends!

Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!

Our ceremony will be held in a covered pavilion next to the venue. The reception will take place inside the barn. If weather is kind to us on the big day, we will open the barn doors to enjoy a fire outside and enjoy the June weather!
