Q + A

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Yes — we kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire.

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: We recommend arriving by 3:30pm to find parking, settle in, and be seated before the ceremony begins.

Q: Is there a hotel block?

A: Yes! You can find our hotel blocks in the "Travel" section of this site. The bride, groom, and their parties will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center.

Q: Will transportation be provided?

A: Yes — shuttles will run from the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center to the venue. The venue is ~45 minutes from the hotel. Feel free to carpool if you have a designated driver.

The shuttles will depart for the venue at 2:30pm and pick guests up from the venue at 10pm.

*Venue has informed us that Ubers/ride shares are difficult to find in the Pomona Park area*

Q: Can I drive to the venue and leave my car overnight?

A: Yes! Guests who choose to drive to the venue are welcome to leave their cars overnight. Please note that all vehicles must be picked up between 9:00–11:00 AM on Sunday morning following the wedding.

A: Absolutely! There will be cocktail hour hors d'oeuvre's, a full buffet dinner (chicken, salmon, and/or steak), drinks, and desserts at the reception. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Q: Can I bring my own alcohol?

A: We kindly ask that you don’t — our venue has a full bar and plenty to go around!

Q: Are there any events besides the ceremony and reception?

A: Yes! Please check out the home page where we have listed all of the pre and post wedding festivities.

Q: Are you registered anywhere?

A: Yes, you can find our registry under the “Registry” tab of this site.

Q: Are children invited?

A: Due to space limitations, we are unable to invite all children; invitations have been extended only to children we know personally and have already discussed this with their families.
