How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?
RSVP's will be sent out with invites, please initial next to the names of those attending in your party. Kindly RSVP before September 5th, 2024. Earlier is always appreciated! If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a “no” as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! We are requesting a formal/cocktail attire. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not a requirement. For women, formal/cocktail attire dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers.
Can I bring a plus one?
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends. Thank you for understanding!
Where do I park?
There is a parking lot on the grounds of Peoria Country Club. Once that lot is full, overflow parking will be on East Roosevelt Road and North Grandview Drive.
Are kids invited?
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children due to restricted numbers. Since we are unable to invite your children, we hope you understand and see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
When should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm, so please arrive early enough to find a place to park, socialize, and find a seat before the ceremony begins.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party + families will be taking photos around the reception venue for about an hour or so. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00pm, but you are more than welcome to arrive early and use the Lounge Bar.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you — get ready to celebrate!
What will the weather be like?
Welcome to Central Illinois, all of you out-of-towners! During the day, the weather in Peoria should be beautiful, averaging 71-65 degrees, but will get chilly at night. Please bring some warm layers for the evening so you can stay celebrate no matter the temperatures!
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
The ceremony will be held at Summit Point Church (address: 401 Cimmeron Dr, East Peoria, IL 61611).
The reception will be held at Peoria Country Club (address: 4700 N Grandview Dr, Peoria Heights, IL 61616).
Will there be an after Party?
Yes! The bride and groom plan to head back to where it all started for a night cap, Saddle Up!
