Please arrive by 3:30 PM, one hour before the ceremony, to allow time for valet parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Complimentary valet parking will be provided at The Heitman House. Simply pull up to the venue entrance, and the valet team will take care of your vehicle, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure. Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for valet service.

Yes, we’ll have a buffet-style dinner featuring local seasonal dishes and hors d’oeuvres. There are no specific dietary restrictions, but please indicate any preferences on your RSVP.

To keep the moment distraction-free, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. However, we encourage you to take videos before the ceremony and during the reception and send the footage to us! Fletcher, the groom, wants to create a special video using all your clips. Our professional photographer will capture every moment of the ceremony, and we’ll share those photos with you afterward.
