DO I HAVE TO BOOK WITH JUST BOOK IT TRAVEL?

Yes. In order to attend the wedding events, you must book your stay through Just Book It Travel.

They manage the guest list, room block, transportation, and event logistics—providing group rates, concierge-level support, and easy payment options.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Only children who have been specifically invited may attend the wedding events. If you plan to travel with other children, the resort offers babysitting services at an additional hourly cost.

Royalton Antigua offers abundant, age-appropriate fun for both kids and teens—from supervised clubs and water adventures to technology lounges and energetic evening events.

WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED TRAVEL DATES?

While the wedding takes place on November 14, 2026, we’d love for you to enjoy a full vacation!

We recommend Nov 12–16, 2026 so you can enjoy the resort, attend the wedding, and relax.

Group rates apply for up to 7 nights, subject to availability.

A 3-night minimum stay is required to attend the wedding.

CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS?

Of course, you’re welcome to travel with a plus one!

Just keep in mind that all wedding events are reserved exclusively for invited guests.

WHAT IF I’M UNSURE OF MY EXACT TRAVEL DATES?

Book now and finalize later!

Changes are penalty-free until July 20, 2026.

If in doubt, reserve a longer stay—you can reduce nights later (subject to availability).

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

• $50 per guest deposit confirms your RSVP

• Optional monthly payments (not auto-drafted)

• Final balance due: July 20, 2026

• After this date, all payments are non-refundable unless travel protection was purchased

CAN I PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?

Absolutely—and it’s highly recommended!

Protect your investment from the unexpected.

You can purchase at the time of booking or within 10 days. Independent coverage is also accepted.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

• Before July 20, 2026 : Only $50 of the deposit is non-refundable—unless you have travel protection.

• On/After July 20, 2026: All payments are non-refundable.

Refunds must be requested through your travel insurance provider.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy the pool, beach, and restaurants while your room is prepared.

**Note: According to the Finance Law of Antigua, all customers will have to pay the Tourism Guest Levy directly at the resort costing $5 USD per person/per night (this fee is not included in the quoted pricing). This fee is paid upon arrival at the hotel in cash, debit, or credit card.

HOW CAN I FIND GOOD FLIGHT DEALS?

Set alerts on Google Flights and book directly with the airline for more flexibility.

Flights to V. C. Bird International Airport (ANU) are typically available 10–11 months in advance.

The resort is approximately 8 miles (30 minutes) from the airport.

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE MY GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?

It’s easy! The JBIT team will contact you 90 days before the wedding with the best options for the entire group. Stay tuned!

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes! All guests traveling from the U.S. to Antigua need a valid passport.

Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates, as this is required for entry into Antigua.

If you don’t have one yet, apply early! Even expedited processing can take up to 12 weeks.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK OR PREP FOR?

We’ve created a Pre-Travel Checklist to make things easy—especially if it’s been a while since your last international trip.

Confirmed guests will receive a complete Travel Guide 7–10 days before departure.
