What is the dress code?
We ask that all guests adhere to our semi-formal dress code. If you have any concerns about what that dress code entails, please check out our Pinterest board which showcases many examples of semi-formal outfits. Please keep in mind this is an outdoor wedding with an indoor reception, we ask that you dress accordingly. Most importantly, don’t overthink your outfit! If you’d wear it to church, then you’re good! We want everyone to be comfortable and happy in what they wear! Pinterest link: https://pin.it/7kknqI8no
What should I avoid wearing?
We kindly ask that you avoid wearing hats, jeans, and of course, white.
Why are you having an unplugged ceremony?
We want all of our guests to enjoy this special day with us. We want everyone to be present as we get married. There will be plenty of time for pictures before and after the ceremony! We will have a photographer to capture our ceremony, so please take the time to enjoy it!
Why are children not allowed at your wedding?
As much as we would love to have everyone’s children, our venue only allows a specific number of people. Unfortunately because of that, we cannot extend invitations to children.
Take this day as time away from the children! Enjoy yourselves!
If children aren’t allowed, then why are there children in the wedding party?
The children in the wedding party play a specific role to the event, which is different than attending as a guest. This is also another way that we could include other family members in our big day.
Can I bring a plus one?
You may bring a plus one if your invitation specifically indicates that you may bring a plus one. We cannot accommodate everyone brining a plus one due to the size and guest restrictions of our venue.
Will there be drinks and food?
Of course! We will have drinks and food during our cocktail hour and dinner portion of the evening.
When can I post pictures from the wedding?
You can post pictures whenever you’d like! We don’t mind if you post before we do!
Do I have to bring a gift?
No, there is no need to bring a gift! The most important thing to us is your attendance! Of course, if you would like to bring a gift, we would be more than accepting.
Will there be alcohol?
No, there will not be alcohol. Our venue is a dry venue.
You can, however, smoke.
