On our first date, we instantly hit it off, laughing and joking like we had known each other for ages. It was one of those rare moments when everything just felt right.

After our first date, we just couldn't wait to see each other again. Both of us are huge art lovers, so Kent got tickets to the Van Gogh exhibit at Area 15 on Las Vegas Boulevard. We had such an awesome time! We geeked out over our favorite artists and music and even dished out some history knowledge. And when it was time to say goodbye, we shared our first kiss under the Las Vegas night sky. It was the perfect night!

On our first road trip, we went fishing on the Montana Wash at the Colorado River. By fishing, I mean enjoying the view and having a couple of beers, while Josey ran all over the place and even muddied herself the river, very pleasant for the ride home!

This was our first Thanksgiving as a couple! Kent cooked the Thanksgiving dinner entirely from scratch. It was quite delicious even though it was just us two and he cooked for ten!

Kent met Jazmin’s family for the first time over the Christmas weekend. We had a blast, and everyone loved both Kent and Josey, happily accepting the Texan and Australian Shephard mutt into the family!

Jazmin met Kent's oldest college friend, future groomsmen, and his beautiful girlfriend (now wife) over New Year's weekend.

For the first time traveling together, we had an amazing three-day weekend in Sedona, AZ. We both knew we wanted to spend as much time as possible together, and certainly revisit the beautiful wineries and rolling hills of Arizona again!

Kent's parents and grandparents came over the summer to celebrate Kent's 28th birthday, giving them the chance to meet Jazmin and her family over the course of the weekend. We all had an amazing time and the families got to know each other!

Kent surprised Jazmin, and on a bent knee he proposed to her during the first weekend of July. Best day ever!

First Christmas engaged!
