In December of 2019 Kenzie just finished her first semester of college and was back at home for break, well Brent on the other hand was working on the pipeline but still stayed at home because he knew he didn’t want to travel with it. They both knew they were tired of being single and did what a lot of people did at their age at that time, got on a dating site. Low and behold they matched!The two decided to meet up and had their first “date” on December 29th 2019 but was unsure at first but on New Years Eve that year they decided they wanted to “talk” exclusively to each other and went on a couple more dates. Then on January 5th 2020 Brent decided to ask Kenzie to be his girlfriend and they instantly became stuck to the hip and eventually moved in with each other in August of 2020.After their 5th anniversary Kenzie thought they would never be engaged but to her surprise Brent proposed on their beach trip to Outer Banks with their friends Rebecca &amp; Jake on April 22, 2025 and now they are planning their wedding and the rest of their lives together along with their dog Finn!
