Kole and Kenzie met during the summer of covid. They were friends long before they started dating. At the start of summer, after Kole had graduated high school, he attended a few of Kenzie's softball games. On June 9, 2021, Kole finally asked Kenzie to be his girlfriend.Since Kole asked Kenzie out, they have become the best of friends. The two have been inseparable even through the long-distance times of college. You can find the two at their siblings' sporting events. The two love to cheer on the Iowa Hawkeyes any chance that they get. The house will be divided regarding the NFL - the Dallas Cowboys and the Green Bay Packers. On July 22, 2023, Kole decided it was the right time. During their photoshoot at Little Sioux Park, Kole got down on one knee and proposed. Since then, the two have been planning their wedding and imagining what it will look like.

Halle and Kenzie met through dance and became closer when Kenzie moved to Woodbury Central. While the two are busy, they make time for phone calls and time to get together! 

HALLE DENNISON

AKA Baby Dayne or Dayné pronounced (Don-yé) Just out here. Livin and learned from a great big brother. Always keeping it real and staying in his lane. The preferred nickname is Baby Dayne of course.

DAYNE WINKEL

Sammy and Kenzie met when Kenzie moved to Woodbury Central. The two spent many summer nights together in middle school - the two were inseparable. They have had many ups and downs throughout the years but have always had each others backs! 

SAMMY BATES

Preferred name JT. AKA Slap Nuts or Mr. Excuse. The excuses never fail for this guy. It's always Moms made dinner or I'm in the shop. Regardless if you REALLY need him, a call and he's there.

JOSH SHOLTY

Maddie and Kenzie met through dance at a young age and later became best friends when Kenzie moved to Woodbury Central. They can always pick up where they left off when they haven't seen each other for months! 

MADDIE SCHULTZ

Preferred name Zane. Aka redrocket or soldier boy. Great friend and always down to ride when you need. Be sure to tell the guy thank you for your service when you see him.

ALIZANE REINDERS

Beth and Kenzie met through high school golf. Their first time golfing together, they made their inside joke that still lives to this day. They never fail to put a smile on each others' faces! 

BETH MENTZER

AKA grandpa kolbs or Kolbz. Takes grandpa a little too literally because this guy is a straight philosopher. If you're looking for a good convo he's your guy. Just make sure to ask him how many sick days he's had over his career. The number would probably blow Einsteins mind.

KOLBY STEVENSON

Julianna and Kenzie met through nursing school at the University of South Dakota. They spent many nights studying together, took many walks to relieve stress, and got each other into the gym. 

JULIANNA MASSEY

AKA Off The Couch or Sexy Redd. Not much to say other than all around a great guy. Always the life of the party and brings good energy. Just watch your plates at the reception.

BO CLAUSEN

Lahna is the little sister of the bride. Her sass and energy keep people on their toes. She is always excited to see her big sister and wants to know when she will be home next!

Cooper is a cousin to the groom. He is an adventurous kid whose smile lights up a room! 

COOPER SCHMIDT

Maverick is the child who drives everyone crazy. He has his type of energy and isn't afraid to make his path. He is constantly on the go keeping people on their toes. Kenzie can't imagine life without her crazy, fun, loving brother. 

MAVERICK JOY

Emlynn is a sister to the groom. She was the first of Kole's family to meet Kenzie. Emlynn and Kenzie got along instantly and have made things in common including their love for dance!

Aria is the groom's youngest sister and sibling. She rounds off the family perfectly in her own sassy, energetic way. Aria and Kenzie tend to butt heads in many ways as they are both stubborn.
