By car or by plane. You can fly directly into Asheville via Asheville Regional Airport or you can fly into Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, NC, and drive 2 hours. Alternatively, you can fly into Raleigh-Durham International Airport and drive about 3.5 hours out to Asheville.

There are many options for where to stay! We have blocks at Renaissance Asheville and Holiday Inn Asheville East - Blue Ridge PKWY (see next tab for more details on how to book). We have personally stayed at both hotels and had great experiences. Alternatively, there are other great hotels in the area as well as many awesome AirBNB or VRBO properties.

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is cocktail attire. AVOID wearing stiletto-type heels to these events given that it is an outdoor venue and these types of shoes will sink into the grass! You may wear business casual/casual attire for all prewedding events and the Sunday brunch.

Ubers and Lyfts are readily available throughout Asheville! You can also carpool with other guests who have rented cars. We may provide transportation services between the hotel(s) and venue, more information to follow.

Yes! Children are invited to all wedding events. Please RSVP for each of your children and remind us of their ages. Please also let us know if they would like a kid's meal or an adult's meal.
