We met at work, officially over a particularly difficult patient we were both taking care of one night. I was intrigued by Kevin’s aura so I did what any woman would do, figured out his first and last name, then proceeded to stalk him on Instagram. I messaged him “asking for a friend” if he was single (spoiler: the friend was really me), and he responded with, yes, but I don’t date people I work directly with - as in he doesn’t date people who work in his specific unit. Being that he’s a nurse and I’m a respiratory therapist, I knew I had a chance! So we set a date for the following Monday. I get a text on Friday asking if I was available for the date that night. We connected and have been together ever since. We practically moved in together that night and never really went our separate ways (unless we were working).

Three years later, we’re ready to take the next step and tie the knot! A promise to each other that we’re in this together as soulmates and beyond. Through all that life throws at us. Bonded with our eternal love, passion, and zest.
