Kevin became friends with Maya’s brother Stevie. They officially meet in high school when Kevin came over for a project that him and Stevie had to do. After that Maya and Kevin would see each other at games nights that Maya’s brother would host. They would message each other here and there. When things changed was when Maya needed a prom date. She asked Kevin and he said “I dont know i need to ask my parents”. He turned around a day later and said he could go. Well prom rolls around and kevin never left her side. Actually they just kept hanging out and talking on the phone. Kevin finally built the courage up to ask Maya to be his girlfriend. Maya told him no she wasn’t ready. Then June 7th, 2015 he asked again and Maya said yes this time. For the last year before Kevin finally proposed Maya’s family and her have him the hardest time about him proposing. They bought a house, he got the career job he wanted and he waited till the last minute before Maya had to kick him out. December 18th, 2022 they got engaged and to be married June 29th, 2024.
